after that u need to put the app file in a folder call "Payload" (case sensitive) then compress it and rename it to something like this yourgamename.ipa then upload to testflight and

sides? They're like 10px wide each. I used my iPad version which of course is 1024x768 and didn't see any option in the Publishing to specify resolution, I assume that bit is automatic.
