How do you access instances of an actor that are off the viewable screen? I.E. a boundary.

I am trying to setup boundarys for a ball to bounce off. I want to place them just off the playable area but everytime I try they become untouchable. Once they are off the screen I cannot adjust them or edit them in any way.

This is windows GS.

You can either change the scene size so that they are visible in the scene (and they don't have to be on game's screen). Or you can select the boundaries you can't see in the layers tab. You can double click on them in that tab to edit the instances.
