Is it possible to offer users to download an image within the app?

Hello everybody, 

I just want to make an app, a very simple, so that people can download an image in their cell phones, and they can use this images whatever end they want, maybe as a background image etc. I don't want an external table or database, this images will be already within the app. could it be posible? how could I do it?

The main thing is that the users can download an image to their cell phones.

    Hi there! No, users cannot download images, but they can take screenshots and use them.. not the best option I know, but it's what we have available at the moment.
