Still no pro membership....

I paid yesterday morning and have emailed the team.

Have tried the logging out/in thing loads of times but i am still classed as express.

Anyone else in the same boat?

    If you are having an issue with your upgrades, can you please email support at gamesalad.com
    We had some issues in the system upgrades for some of the people who upgraded early while the server was a little glitchy.

    Ugh. I'm sorry guys, but I've posted multiple times, and sent mail twice over two days. I'm still stuck at express. I purchased PRO at 11:53am yesterday. I really want to publish my apps. Is there anything you guys could do please???

    Codemonkey I find it annoying that you ignored my email and post even though I created the topic, and yet you fixed the pro status for the two members who posted below me. I'm sensing favoritism here....

    Cardinal same here. It's getting frustrating now as the staff seem to be picking the more "Established" devs and leaving us others out in the cold. I am trying to put the finishing touches on my game and can't release it until I have url linking.

    I hate using this term but they were quick enough to take the money......

    Sorry all, it just takes time to look up everyone's information since we have 2 payment systems and not everyone uses the same email address/name as their payment, and I need to make sure they are not just saying that they paid for professional and their payment didn't bounce. We're working on it. Sorry for the delay.

    I think the problem with the delay was on both sides :p I used the contact us link to send my initial mail, because there didn't seem to be any clear info on where to send the mail.

    I want to upgrade but the page just stays at "You are being forwarded to the payment system.." and doesn't move forward.

    Guess I will have to wait and keep trying :-)
