I tried to correct as many license as I can today. I think I've gotten to them all, but if you still have problems seeing your license, please drop a note on our contact page.
I'd sure like to hear about the legacy pro membership and the splash screen. I've just tried to send a contact us email again and it keeps throwing an error: enter valid email address. Tried over and over with different addresses.
Anyway, what about it? I would like to update my games with the new version before my pro membership runs out, but I need to do it without the splash screen... like I paid for. Please let me know if this is possible.

Sorry about all the issues people seem to be encountering with upgrades. We're working hard trying to get it fixed ASAP.
Also, before sending notice to us or to forums about Professional upgrades not activating, please make sure you have logged out entirely from GameSalad (this includes the creator and the website) and then log back in.
For some of you, that won't resolve the issue, but we are working on it and everything should be resolved soon. Thanks.
Hi, I paid for an upgrade to Pro membership almost 4 days ago. I've logged out and logged back in my account several times, but my GS creator is still in Express. I've been trying to contact the GS team without any success so far. I'd really like to work with the Professional version ASAP.

Thats good if it will change tomorrow, but I don't see why it cannot be instant.
