I've taken a close look at Stencyl and it is pretty interesting. At the same time, we're planning some major renovations to our web publishing solution that should be included with our June release.

LOL you make yourself look like such a dumbass.
and P.S: Since your another one of the 12 year old lawyers and want to bring up the law aspect, in civil court if your gonna state a accusation the burden of proof is on YOU to prove it

I feel it is only right that I tell everyone how i felt about it, after all I started it.
I did one full simple game with it, and it and it's high points. As I began a start a much more complex game it started to suck hard, I thought to myself "how weird the last game went so well" That was when I came back to GS to see if my idea was just to damn complex, and what do you know I did up a prototype in like 3 hours with most if not all of the complex stuff.
So in short I have come back to GS once again (You think I would learn, did this also with THE C WORD:)
If a Sous would like to close this horrible mistake from my past please do so
I will look into this for sure. But I assume everyone know that YoYo's Gamemaker can do iOS games. Their problem is that they have it set up like GS Direct was going to be. That is a deal killer. The other problem is you have to develop on a PC in order to get them to export it for you. Their Mac version is an older version. But if they were smart and changed those two things it would absolutely be the end of GS. it's drag and drop. It has all the features of GS plus about a couple hundred more, including everything I have ever heard anyone request for GS (including basic 3d). To be honest it makes GS look like a student project. But it does have the deL killers. Also, thei website kinda makes me think they are jerks (just some of their posts and statements).
Anyway, I think it would shutter the doors of GS if they offered user publishing rather than their GS Direct clone.
Finally, I would like to dispell some falsehoods. You can absolutely develop iOS games on a PC. They just have to be submitted to apple on a Mac. Unreal's engine is a perfect example. Not available for Mac but there are numerous games on the App store developed with it. O love my Mac, but have to point out that incorrect statement by many on the forums.
Finally, for it's own survival if nothing else, GS better get in gear.

Ha, well... before this thread gets closed, I've been looking into Stencyl too. Right away I noticed something that GameSalad should have... EXPORTING! Apparently, Stencyl exports to .SWF and then I can chuck the file on my website... perhaps the dream of my own virtual arcade can finally become a reality.
I'm planning to take a closer look at this software. It looks like fun. That doesn't mean I have to say goodbye to GameSalad though. As a serious developer, I like having more tools!
This does make the whole HTML 5 vs. Flash debate more interesting. I think HTML 5 has a better chance of winning in the long-run. But with millions of people playing CityVille and FarmVille, it could take years before HTML 5 emerges victorious.
