Another awesome tutorial... have you go anything on 'repeatable patterns' - It handy to have blocks that can be stretched and repeated (without looking blocky)
@SpriteAttack (if your still around) any tutorials on creating a Galloping horse? I can animate with separate elements like head, body, legs etc. but drawing a cartoon horse where legs and joints meet seem to be challenging (unlike people where clothes can 'hide' the joint areas).
@SingleSparq - I don't have a tutorial yet... but it's on the todo list... The animation of animals that is. I saw your horse. I would suggest to separate the legs into more parts in order to make the animation easier (rotation and deform instead of rebuild).
@SpriteAttack - yes the legs are actually 2 pieces (just showing straight there) I'm using Spine to animate with and that works well. Look forward to the tutorial - thanks for replying.
Chris' work is awesome and a past customer of some his assets (I'm looking at you, Block Buddy).. I can attest to his great work and helpfulness to both GS as any type of art and game developments..
Thanks, guys... Glad you like it - even with my struggles talking, making sense, finding the right menu option and not getting lost on a tangent. I should work out a rough script first before recording the next video.
