@squirrel42 I assume codewizard is after the device logs ... Plug your iDevice into your computer then start xcode go to window then organizer if the organizer window does not appear under your device say it is is called squirrel42's iPhone on the left hand side you will see an option called Device Logs if you click on that you will see all logs on the device including crash logs it will also say the name of the app that crashed next to each entry. Right click on the crash log entry then export the log. You will get a file called "AppNameDateTime.crash" send that file to GS support. Hope this helps.

Our pro subscription expired on 1st of August this year. We released game on 20th of August (https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/plingi/id675209487?ls=1&mt=8) Game runs on iOS 7 beta6 and GM 50/50, i mean it randomly crashes on scene transitions (on loading wheel). From pro features we use only gamecenter leaderboards. At this time we don't have money to renew subscription. Is there any way that we with expired pro subscription have chance to update game with pro features to have compatibility with iOS 7, because i think this is problem with GameSalad and you should enable us to keep earning revenue from app store so that we can eventualy buy pro subscription again.
I'm glad that I have read this, that explains why the in-app is not working. So every publishing should be postpone till everything is stable.. Hope they fix this soon, Goodluck with the Gamesalad team <:-P
@deadlights they are working on the final stuff for ios7 support. Why do they need to take time out to reply to your crash report? They receive the info and use it to figure out the issues. They don't have time to reply to every bug report. The point is to provide them with the info and let them work. What do you expect them to say In a reply that hasn't been said by them in the forum, the asked for crash reports and said they are working on it. They don't have a lot of staff and time to be responding to every crash report as you're not the only one sending them in.

A quick update would be really appreciated @codewizard. After so much work to achieve 4 to 4.5 average star ratings around the world, I'm so nervous of what's going to happen to my customer base/prospects over the next few days.
@darrelf I hear you, I'm concerned about revenue tumbling also. The best I can think of to do is to post something like this in the description and hope they take pity!

That's a possibility @squirrel42 although it'll still take days for Apple to approve the metadata change.
I've considered pulling my app from sale temporarily (if it's possible) but not sure if I can easily reinstate and what happens to ranking positions and ratings..
@darren you can just deselect all the countries where you set price and it will be removed from the app store (then reenable when you want it back - takes an hour or so to reappear). You will loose app rankings.
Ratings will be the same but since you have to update a new ios version for ios 7 your ratings wont show for the new version anyway..
And once more Gamesalad show us all how unreliable they are. It's just unbelievable that they don't take care of an major ios release earlier. But well since we use them over years I wonder why I am shocked ... Proof once more that gamesalad is more for hobby than for pro. Even if you pay for pro.

I put in the the description: "This app is designed for only iOS 5.x and 6.x." I did not say thanks to them, so they may not have mercy...
iOS7 update: QA and I have been working hard this week to get you and iOS7 build. We found a few last min bugs which we are addressing. QA and I will need at least one or two days to make sure there are no more issues before we send out the release. I know that iOS7 compatibility is important to you and I am doing every thing i can to get a build in your hands ASAP. Thank you for your patience.

well, that's too bad @BlackCloakGS, People have to live with broken GameSalad games, then, since IOS 7 comes out tomorrow.
i want this as bad as you do, but there are going to be so many apps out there with problems it's going to be crazy. As long as you submit an update and get it published within a week or so you'll be fine.
Many thanks that you now work on the issue. Well a little bit to late... You should start the work month ago on this issues. The crashes and failures exist since beta 1. I am not sure what kind of developer are working on GS but to trust that the GM fixed all issues is just dreaming nothing more. And no I am not a GS hater. We already payed a lot of money for the pro version, yes even if it was over 1000 USD. And yes it's still a beta, what's some kind of funny. In the past we had a lot of other issues. Broken games, retina, payment and reporting issues and so on. Well I could write a book about it as well as many others here. The big issue for me is that you are not learning from your failures. Focus on a reliable system not 10000 features. You have to less revenue to add more developers? More than happy to pay 2000 USD for the pro if its real pro. And we don't have to be afraid for any new iOS, device or what ever.

I'm pleased and relieved to report that my GS game, Grammar Pop, seems to work perfectly on iOS 7. I just played through five levels without any problems.
