iOS 4 Jailbreak

is there a Jailbreak for iOS 4?
iOS 4 Jailbreak is another question that just won’t stop flooding our mailboxes today. Previous versions of iOS 4 beta up to and including the GM have gotten various states of Jailbreak thanks to the efforts of the iPhone Dev Team. Will the final release version work with current Jailbreaks? Will it work on iPhone 4 hardware?
UPDATE 1: The Dev Team has posted that they’re working on it but it will take some time (obviously).
We are working hard on a release to our tools that will jailbreak your device (or give you iOS 4 via the jailbreak train) and provide you with a carrier unlock.
Until these tools are released you should hold off on updating your device until we have fully tested our tools with all the relevant devices.
If you rely on hacktivation or a carrier unlock (ultrasn0w) then you should not upgrade until we have fully tested and released our tools.
UPDATE 2: And so it begins:
redsn0w beta has been updated to hacktivate iOS 4.0 for iPhone3G (in addition to jailbreaking the iPhone3G and iPod Touch 2G). [Download link]
As always, if you’re not sure what any of this means, or what Jailbreaking is, then move along. Nothing to see here. If you need help or want to discuss further, head on over to the TiPb iPhone Jailbreak Forum — that’s where all our ninja hang.
And when/if a full on iOS 4 (release version) Jailbreak hits, we — probably Ally — will be back to tell you all about it.
That is, if you’re planning on Jailbreaking iOS 4?

I personally think it is illegal but the stupid FCC thinks otherwise!
It just allows the iPhone user to download paid apps for free!
Us developers try to make money, but NOOOO, they get stolen!
Cheers, Dragokillz
Just say "NO" to dodgy device OS'es.
Theres nothing wrong with jailbreaking... jbing is perfectly legal...
Stealing games is wrong and that is illegal..
@Dragokillz, dont go hating on something you dont know about.... Because a very large portion of the Jailbreaking community, just uses it for more functionality (like me)... And just because you jailbreak, that doesnt mean you can steal apps, theres another step...
@IntelligentDesigner Not necessarily iOS is a stripped down OSX and you dont see OSX getting infected... Although it is possible there is hardly, if any, iOS viruses...
Dont Flame jailbreakers.. Were not doing anything wrong... Were just using are devices to their full potential...
If you guys like to be shackled in Apples chains.. Be my guest.. BUT I LIKE controlling my devices...
Cheers
On the other hand, I think they should remove that source on cydia that lets you download free applications. I think that is wrong. But with jail breaking you can customize your icons, clock, navbar and everything, I mean there's nothing wrong with that surely?

Scroll to the bottom of the page for download links for your computer's OS.

I dont care if my apps are pirated either... Because people who steal games. DONT BUY THEM... Your really not losing any money.. Actually your getting free advertising! I do too haha... There should be a new spirit jailbreak soon that will JB everything... I'm getting an iPhone 4 in the next week of two so I cant wait for that!
But when pwned4life comes out I will be a happy camper!
:P
I apologize.
Im not falling out with anybody though.
