If anyone can help me out. I have expressed a bug in the collusion engine which really should be fixed as soon as possible as it seems a very important part of game making.
I don't think GS staff really read this threads seriously. What is the process of getting into the system so they know its a problem? Is it a bug? I don't know how the Bug reporting system works. It seems very complicated. I also had to re-new my subscription just so I could upload a demo and have access to this bug system. Depending on the response from GS, I will most likely cancel again. If I cancel, will that affect the bug reported, is it connect to my account?
If you cancel, the bug should still exist. So no worries there. Just get in the database as @Spalding004 laid out.

You need application loader 3.2.
I updated Xcode to 7.0.1 and it didn't install Application Loader 3.2. So I went to iTunes Connect > Resources > Tools and downloaded Application Loader and I ended up with 3.1
I quit and rebooted and did it again and still got 3.1
scrub that ^ but there do seem to be two versions of 3.2 (845) which is in the Xcode 7.0.1 bundle and (860) in the 7.1 beta bundle.

As I said above, I downloaded Xcode 7.0.1 twice and still only got Application Loader 3.1.
I believe that Apple use a local server, or at least one in SE Asia, for the App Store and iTunes. Maybe they do the same with ITunes Connect and 3.2 is not on it yet?
Did you run Xcode 7.0.1 after you updated it? When you run Xcode 7.0.1 for the first time it will start installing components ...
Try that and see if it updates your application loader ...
Also how are you starting Application Loader? You might have more than one version installed. Try running Xcode 7.0.1 then start "Application Loader" from the "Xcode" menu (the first menu to the right of the Apple in the menu bar) and you'll find it under "Open Developer Tool" submenu.
I tried updating to xcode 7.0.1 3 times now and it says its installed but I still only have the old version of xcode? I read some people complaining about the same issue in the comments on the appstore. Maybe number 4 will work for me.
@bktennis12 I deleted the Xcode app before downloading and installing v7.0.1. It was installed along with Application Loader v3.2 which some dev's have also been having problems with.
So far I am very pleased with a sharp reduction in crashes. However, I have noticed that the longer I leave Creator open, the longer it takes to switch between scenes and actors. I get the spinning beachball for longer and longer wait times until I quit and relaunch, perhaps pointing to a memory leak.
Ok guys. I think I might have a workaround for the folks having issues with Application Loader crying about needing a .ipa.
Go with me on this ok? Lets try it.
1. Create a folder called "Payload"
2. Put your .APP (not the .zip!) inside the Payload folder
3. zip the Payload file and then change the name from Payload.zip to Payload.ipa

Ran into this issue today with several errors. Your suggestion fixed the problem. Thank you @RhiannonSalad !

Do we still need to do this now there is Mac Creator 1.0.0?
Thanks for the quick response. It's the weekend, you are supposed to be recreating. Not macreating.

I ran Xcode 7.0.1 as you suggested, the beach ball spun and it seemed to do something, however when I looked in the Applications folder Application Loader was still 3.1!
So I left the matter alone until I was ready to publish, which is why I haven't replied until now.
I just now launched Xcode 7.0.1 then did as you described above. When Application Loader launched I checked the About menu and it said 3.2, hooray!
But get this, back in the Applications folder it still says Application Loader 3.1! Go figure.

Application Loader 3.2 is part of the current Xcode 7.1 beta

I just helped a user with the .ipa issue and he was able to submit using 0.13.44.
Thanks a lot RhiannonSalad.
I had the same problem. I did what you described and it worked just fine!
