    I have a few ball shaped actors (like smiley faces) and when they spawn i would like them to rotate at a random clockwise or anti clockwise and also at a random rotation speed.

    I had to run a multiple spawn process (hidden) to detect the type of processor and then adjust the game by destroying non critical actors on each level.

    When you spawn the actor, you can set its rotation. sounds like it is getting rotated 90 degrees...

    Just remember to add a timer rule on the spawn particle actor that destroy it after the explosion.

    Maybe spawn an invisible location constrained actor that generates the particles and then move the collidable actor off-screen (since it must remain for the constrained location)?
