    Well it has to, summer officially starts this upcoming Tuesday! (Masala was dated for spring)

    i have absolutely no clue what this masala thing is but i take it its something to look forward to..is it separate from the roadmap ?

    Check out the Roadmap sticky...more details about Masala are their. Basically, it is supposed to "melt your face"!!!

    Oh man!! This has been so built up and now T-Shirt's comment. Holy cow. I don't know if I can wait. All I want for Father's Day is to be with my Kids and to top it off at least get a leak about what Masala might be. I have not been this excited about GS in a long time.

    Wait... I just re-read that Masala was supposed to come out last month.... well, they did say that they wouldn't hit all of the dates precisely. Still, a month, and an update has come in that timeframe? Wow, Masala HAS to be for .9.5 :)

    Ive seing this on many movies...
    Sometimes when a person's face melt is because he is an android...
    Terminator, alien, saw, Enthiran, the Indian Terminator (which I haven't seen but it looks cool on youtube) and many, many more...

    No seriously I was watching the food network channel ... Don't ask... and someone use the word masala as in a mixture of spices... How could we translate that into GameSalad?

    Masala is a "mix" usually referring to curry.

    So either they are making curry or integrating something else into the engine. My guess was team collaboration but it seems that would not be exciting enough to make Tshirtbooth's face melt off!

    It has to do with Facebook. Hence the face melt. You can now create a facebook game and be able to produce it for their new HTML 5 app store.....

    They said when that started talking about Masala in the Roadmap thread. the name masala is just a random name they chose for the project while its secret.

    Yeah im sure at Almost 10 PM on friday night he's sitting by a computer just dying to answer our questions. Give him a break he lives this stuff 40+ hours per week.

    What good will it do you to know? Its not gonna make it release any sooner.
